Rohma Khan

About Me

Hi, I'm Rohma! I graduated CUNY Brooklyn College in May 2020 with a B.S. in Physics and a minor in Computer Science and Math. While in college I did research in graph theory, superconducters, and gas hydrates (not all at once). I presented the graph theory findings at the NYC Regional Math Alliance Conference. I did a data science internship with a Professor of mine in school, and was secretary of The Computer Science Club, where we planned the first Brooklyn College Hackathon. I interned at a health insurance company for three consecutive summers. While in school I won the Sam Schwartz Award in 2018 and the Melba Phillips Prize in 2019 for achievements in physics. This Spring I was TA-ing for intro to java and I’m currently looking for work in industry. I’m also an ameature baker and an avid reader.
I will try to update my blog with things people find interesting! Currently it just has old papers of mine. And you can visit my github to see random projects of mine or my linkedin!
